When a client or a client's graphic designer of choice needs to transfer files that are too large or there are too many files for eMail, offers secure FTP (file transfer protocol) file transfer to all clients. We require ftp login credentials to transfer files directly to the Quantus website using only FTP protocol measures. A "Username" and "Password" are required to access the secure online location for files. All other transfers must use the FTP software programs listed below using login credentials provided by or applications such as DropBox.

To request instuctions and or access, please click this link to make your request via eMail or to request telephone contact (Be sure to input your preferred telephone number into the form before sending.) for the necessary file transfer access credentials via our website. Access is not allowed "Anonymously" due to security precautions.

The following methods provide file transfer options to and from :

• Third-party FTP Software Applications (FileZilla, WS-FTP, DropBox, etc.)
• FireFTP (Mozilla browser)
• File Explorer and/or Windows Explorer (Windows)
• Note: When Internet browsers do not allow FTP file transfer (Chrome, Safari, Opera, etc.), the above mentioned Third-party FTP Software programs will be required.
• If you need instructions to use any of the above, we will help you find the software, walk you through the steps of software download and file transfer over the phone, or send step-by-step instructions via eMail. Just let us know what you need to get the transfer done.
